As most White nationalists know by now, Bill White of Roanoke, VA has been Indicted for Obstruction of Justice and Threatening a federal Juror.

Apparently, after Bill declared bankruptcy in June, (reported by the main stream media here) the feds smelled blood in the water. With White financially broke, they probably thought he would be easy prey.

The FBI served a search warrant upon him last week (view it here) and seized his web site server which took down his web sites, Overthrow.com and ANSWP.org on Wednesday.

White was arrested on Friday and is being held in jail without bail which has now been reported in the main stream media here, here and here.

I first broke the story that a federal grand jury was investigating White on October 7 (here) after I spoke with several White Nationalists who had been subpoenaed to appear before that Grand Jury. I was able to confirm the grand Jury story on October 9 (here).

I was not subpoenaed and I did not testify.

It is no secret that Bill White and I have had a rough relationship over the years. It is no secret we are no longer friends. Yet, when I found out what he had been charged with, my first inclination was to help.

During the time I did my radio show, from the year 2000 through 2008, I secured very high priced legal counsel from two prestigious law firms here in New Jersey, about what I could get away with saying on the air and on my web site.

I have vast legal documentation about relevant case law that protects speech, defines threats, defines what constitutes incitement to commit . . . . . just about anything. In fact, I know at least four recent court cases that would absolutely squash the "Threatening a federal Juror" charge now pending against White.

While I am not yet sure about why the government charged him with Obstruction of Justice, there are reams of case law on that charge also, much of which can be used to obliterate the Obstruction charge pending against White.

While my initial reaction was to help Bill, his past with me has now come back to haunt him.

On more than one occasion, Bill fabricated outright lies about me. One of the more aggravating lies surrounded why I ended Bill's radio show on Turner Radio Network.

Long-time Listeners may recall that Bill was using his show to stir shit within the movement. He attacked other White nationalists by name, made allegations about other groups and did a lot to make many of our comrades very upset.

He openly admitted his intentions to destabilize all groups other than his American National Socialist Workers Party (ANSWP), then collect the cream of the crop from those groups into ANSWP.

I tried repeatedly to have Bill rein-in his behavior and stop attacking our own, to no avail. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a man we all respect, Tom Metzger, called-in to White's show to ask Bill to knock-off his attacks against other Whites.

Tom Metzger is a great man. He is a friend of mine and he has paid an awful price for his zealous defense of our race.

Instead of handling Metzger with respect, White told me "Hal, take Tom off the air." This egregious lack of people skills, done during a live radio show against a verteran of the pro-white movement was the end of Bill Show's on my network. I called Bill the next day to tell him I would no longer air his show.

Bill went nutty. He fabricated a series of outrageous lies about me, claiming he sent me a check for $3,000 to fund his show for an entire year. He never sent any such check.

Bill then claimed that I tried to cash the check and steal the money from him by canceling his radio show! Another outrageous lie.

He and I didn't talk for months after that. Then, Bill's web hosting company succumbed to pressure from Jewish and gay groups, and took Bill's site off the net.

I decided that someone needed to step up and defend the right to free speech, so I approached Bill and offered to host his sites. He accepted and within a day, Overthrow.com and ANSWP.org were back online, via my co-located server.

I hosted Bills sites for a few months until he got a data line installed in Roanoke and took over his own site hosting. The entire cooperative effort between Bill and me seemed to help rebuild relations between us. ; or so I thought.

In August 2007, I found out how wrong I was. I organized a rally against black gang violence in Kalamazoo, MI. I invited every pro-White group and made major plans to have a peaceful, safe, law-abiding rally.

Without warning or reason, Bill White showed up in Kalamazoo. But instead of standing with us, Bill got in front of TV cameras to tell people I was a "fraud." Bill called me a "con artist" and claimed that my only goal was to make money off people in the movement.

So vicious was Bill White, that he asked his ANSWP group to come to Kalamazoo (ostensibly to stand with us) and only when his people arrived at the local hotel did Bill inform them that they would be protesting ME! Half his members walked out that very day because Bill proved he was a no good traitor.

After that stunt in Kalamazoo, I wrote Bill White off as a sociopath. He and I never spoke again.

Later, Bill continued with his treacherous fabrications and attacks. Post after post on his site filled with the most vile lies. Post after post on places like VNNForum where a cadre of other halfwit, bankrupt, malcontents joined him to bash the shit out of me. Day after day, week after week, the onslaught continued until Alex Linder got so fed up, he threw Bill off VNN.

So, here we are, more than a year later and once again, I am in a position to help Bill White. Not this time.

As far as I am concerned, Bill White can drop fucking dead.

I have the ability to help him. I have vast legal defenses which would probably help his attorney defeat the government charges but I will not help.

The ironic part about it is that all his "members" and "supporters" can't or won't help him either!

Revenge is a dish best served cold. Today, I exact my revenge. Today I let Bill White go down in flames.

I have arrived safely in Sao Paulo, Brazil

With things getting very dicey in the U.S., I decided at the last minute to bolt to Brazil for some much needed stress relief. I landed at São Paulo's Guarulhos International Airport and am enjoying real freedom downtown.





I'll be partying today - I'm half in the bag already - then head south to see my Arab friends in the Baghdad Cafe in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, then head over to São Francisco do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil for some beach time before heading over to stay with Nazi friends at a hilltop retreat around Blumenau.

For those not familiar, these Nazis are the real ones and their kin, direct from the Third Reich in World War 2 Germany. "The boys from Brazil!"

There will be some work late next week as I head to Foz do Iguaçu to get more . . . . . . equipment . . . . . at certain open-air markets in that city.

My turn for "lulz" NJ Teen arrested for DDOS attacks; "ANONYMOUS" got caught!

In December 2006 into January 2007, a group calling itself "Anonymous" attacked my former web site server with thousands of computers from around the world with the intent to take it and my internet radio show, offline.

Their Distributed Denial-Of-Service (Ddos) attacks launched over 640 Megabits per second at my server, which instantly overwhelmed its then 100 megabits per second connection, taking my web site offline and wrecking my radio show week after week after week.

The flood of malicious data was so devastating that it affected many other clients in the New Jersey data center which housed my server, that the data center canceled my colocation contract and threw my server out!

It took several months to find a new data center and when I found one, I upgraded to a 1 Gigabit per second connection which, thankfully, "Anonymous" was never able to take down again.

During the course of these attacks, I asked the FBI to investigate, they didn't. So I filed a federal lawsuit against the people I believed were committin the attacks, but that suit did not help.

Finally, "anonymous" got bored and targetted someone else.

News out today indicates that at least one 18 year old from New Jersey, has been Indicted by a federal Grand Jury, for doing to someone else, what "Anonymous" did to me. Looks like Anonymous isn;t so anonymous after all.

REPORT: Bill White Arrested by FBI

Bill White, founder of the American National Socialist Workers' Party, was reportedly taken into custody by the FBI at approximately 5:00PM EST today, Friday October 17th. A search warrant was also allegedly executed on his residence.

Law enforcement officials routinely arrest people on a Friday afternoon so that they will have to spend at least a weekend behind bars.

The nature of the charges being leveled at Bill White are still ambiguous at this time; however, the arrest, which comes just days after federal authorities seized White's web site server for his blog Overthrow.com, is apparently related to an investigation into Overthrow.com's recent expose of a juror who served on the Matt Hale case.

Updates will be posted as they are received.

UPDATE 11:47 PM EDT ------------------------------------

While no one has seen any Indictment of Bill White yet, we know from speaking to witnesses who appeared before a federal Grand Jury in Roanoke last week, what issues the Grand Jury was investigating:

1) The publication of the Home address information about reporter Leonard Pitts, AND;
2) The publication of the Name, home address, phone number and photograph of a Juror who sat on the Matt Hale trial in Chiacgo several years ago.

I have a theory about the nature of any arrest and this is PURE SPECULATION, but if I'm right, the legal issue is an excellent one.

I believe the Juror on the Matt Hale Trial "felt intimidated" by Whites publication, even though the publication came long after the Matt Hale trial ended.

So the legal question the feds MAY be pursuing is this: How long does a juror enjoy protection from intimidation after a trial?

Many of my family and friends had the same knee-jerk reaction: They felt that once the trial ended, the protection against intimidation ended. But I threw a wrench into that thinking by using my own, real life experience as a Juror.

Back in 1994, while I was a lemming and was not racially aware or racist in any manner, I was called to Jury duty and seated as a juror in a double murder trial.

The accused was Black and he was charged with two counts of Murder, two counts of robbery - with a gun (a felony), two counts of felony murder and one count of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

I remember vividly at the time that I promised myself that I would take this incredibly seriously and do the right thing based solely on the facts of the case. I knew that as a Juror, I was the only thing standing between the accused and the awesome power of the state. I also knew that if I had a reasonable doubt -- a doubt that I could articulate -- I wouldn't have cared if I was the ONLY juror voting not guilty, I was prepared to hang the jury.

After the trial, the judge explained to the law to us and we began deliberations. Long story short, we found the guy NOT guilty of murder, but guilty of two counts of robbery, with a gun, (felonies), guilty of two counts of Felony murder and guilty of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. The defendant was sentenced to TWO CONSECUTIVE 30-year-to-life sentences. He would not be eligible for parole for at least 60 years.

His partner in the murders turned state's evidence and testified against the accused in return for a sentence of 20 years.

NOW SUPPOSE. . . . . . . . 20 years later, the partner gets out of jail. And SUPPOSE (hypothetically) the partner has a chip on his shoulder and comes to my house to say he's really pissed that I put his friend in jail for 60 years.

Might I, as a Juror, feel intimidated by this guy showing up at my place or encouraging his pals to? You bet!

Should I be protected from such intimidation? I say, yes.

I believe that this is the legal issue that the federal government will want decided in the Bill White case.

Frankly, if I am correct in this assessment -- and I say again this is purely a guess because I have not seen any Indictment of Bill White,-- I think the government can make a case that a Juror deserves and has LIFETIME protection from intimidation for serving on a jury.

As a person who served on a jury, I think that I should not have to suffer intimidation 5, 10, 20, 30 or 40 years later for doing my civic duty.

If this is the issue to be decided in Bill White's case - and I suspect it is - then I think Bill is going to be convicted and do time. How much time, I don't know. But the message will be unmistakable: Jurors are to be left alone for what they did on the Jury. Forever.

Criticizing a jury as a whole is fair game. But publishing home addresses, phone numbers and photos crosses the line. That's why I never did more than criticize a jury as a whole. Bill went further. Big mistake.

I have positively confirmed that Bill White is being held in jail, without bail on charges of Threatening a federal Juror and Obstruction of Justice.

Hedge Fund Manager thanks Yale and Harvard for producing people stupid enough to make him rich!

Andrew Lahde, head of Santa Monica, California-based Lahde Capital Management LLC, the hedge-fund manager who quit after posting an 870 percent gain last year, said farewell to clients in a letter that thanks stupid traders for making him rich.

"`The low-hanging fruit, i.e. idiots whose parents paid for prep school, Yale and then the Harvard MBA, was there for the taking. These people who were (often) truly not worthy of the education they received (or supposedly received) rose to the top of companies such as AIG, Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers and all levels of our government. "

"All of this behavior supporting the Aristocracy, only ended up making it easier for me to find people stupid enough to take the other sides of my trades. God Bless America." he wrote.

There you have it folks: PROOF! Harvard and Yale apparently produce really stupid people who screw things up in a monumental way!

When you head into the voting booth to elect a President next month please remember: George W. Bush went to Yale (and we see how he screwed the country up) but even worse. . . . . . . . .Barak Obama went to Harvard.

The November election is rapidly approaching and I have been made aware of certain remarkable and very disturbing technologies that I am told are going to be used at polling places throughout America next month.

Thanks to high speed internet, wireless internet and even satellite-based internet through DirectTV/HughesNet, this years election will mark a radical change in how some of our national problems are addressed.

This year, when a person walks into a polling place anywhere in America and announces their name to the poll workers, hidden microphones will feed the audio to several clerks in another area of the polling place.

The clerks will be out of sight so voters don't know they exist and will have headphones on to hear the names. The clerks will be seated in front of a newly designed computer connected to a "Virtual Private Network" which can instantly look up the following:

1) Is the Voter actually registered to vote?
2) Is the address from which they are registered a real and functioning address or a phony/abandoned one?
3) The voting machine itself will be equipped with a hidden camera to grab a face photo of
each voter and put that photo, with their specific name into a facial-recognition database, AND;
4) Determine if this registered voter actually cast a vote already? (Facial recognition software cannot be fooled by makeup or disguises so the system will know if one "face" has cast votes under different names!)

While that seems like a really decent way to prevent election fraud, the new system goes a LOT farther.

Thanks to the connectivity of the internet and lots of computer programming paid for with Anti Terrorism Funding over the last six years, the the new system will also check the following:

5) Is the Voter wanted by police or the courts for traffic or criminal Warrants?
6) Is the voter a "Dead beat Dad" who has not paid Child Support?
7) Has the voter failed to file or pay Income Taxes over the past few years?
8) Has the Voter defaulted on Student Loan Repayments?
9) Is the Voter an Illegal Alien or an immigrant who overstayed a Visa?

In less then one minute, Computers in the County Board of Elections, will interface with computers in the County Board of Taxation, the State Crime Information Center (SCIC) the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) the National Child Support Database, The IRS, the National Student Loan Collection Computer and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to find out instantly if the Voter is "a problem" and if so, the system will automatically alert local police to respond to that Polling Place, even sending a photo of the Voter for Police to arrest!

In theory, as the voter walks out of the polling place, they get caught and a lot of the problems facing our nation will be dealt with. Since the voter will have been able to cast a ballot before being grabbed, no will will be able to claim being disenfranchised by this Orwellian effort! Real slick, eh?

CNBC Host to guest: "Are you a descendant?"

Every once in awhile, I get a nice little surprise that reminds me how influential I have been and can be in the world.

On October 4, 2008 at around 8:30 PM, I uploaded an 8 minute long video about the AMERO coins being minted in Denver and about 800 Billion AMEROS having been shipped to the China Development Bank.

The video went viral and within days more than 100,000 people had viewed it. (if you haven't watched it yet, you can see it HERE)

In the final minute or so of that video I said "The money-changers that Jesus Christ threw out of the Temple 2,000 years ago. . . . . . their descendants are still around and they've got plans to loot all of us."

Yesterday morning, while I was working from home, I had the TV on CNBC, when I heard a CNBC host ask one of his guests "Are you a descendant?" The guest, knowing exactly what the host meant, said "No, I'm from a completely different background."

I looked at my son, who was off from school for Columbus day and asked him, "Did that guy just ask the other guy" and my son cut me off by answering "Are you a descendant?" My son had a big smile on his face and so did I because we both knew exactly what the CNBC host meant and moreover, where he got that line: ME!

Even though I no longer have a radio show, it's nice to see the money people still paying close attention to what I do. My influence continues.

Sometimes it is very hard being so far ahead of the rest of the crowd; but I muddle through.

Back on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at 1:48:50 PM EDT, I received inside information from a contact inside the federal reserve bank who gave me a chart from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

When I published the chart, I warned it indicated that before the end of 2008, all the money that could be lent, would have been lent, leaving no more money for banks to lend.

Naturally, my critics jumped all over me saying I was mis-interpreting the chart; that I didn't know what I was talking about, blah, blah blah.

Here we are, at EXACTLY the time frame I warned about, and what are governments all over the world talking about? "Re-capitalizing banks." You know, giving them more money to lend!

Once again, my analysis of the financial markets was spot-on. Once again, those who doubted me and those who criticized me were totally wrong.

I thought it worthy to remind everyone.

FBI Seizes Nazi Internet Server

The ongoing legal troubles of Bill White, self-appointed "commander" of the American National Socialist Workers Party (ANSWP) in Roanoke, VA have gotten worse.

On Wednesday of last week, persons known to be close to White appeared before a federal grand jury in Roanoke under subpoena.

As reported earlier on this blog, I spoke to two people who appeared before that grand jury and they told me that the Grand Jury is looking into White publicizing the home address of Leonard Pitts, a newspaper reporter. In that earlier story, I also found out the grand jury was looking into another matter which, at the time, I chose not to disclose.

Since at least one other media outlet has now published information about what may be that other matter, I will repeat what they published about it. The grand jury is also allegedly looking into how and why Bill White obtained the name and home address of a federal Juror seated during the trial of Matt Hale in Chicago.

According to the other media outlet, Bill White reported that Juror's name, address and other info on his web site, Overthrow.com. White allegedly described the Juror as a homosexual jew who had a black gay lover.

The feds are apparently trying to portray this as Juror intimidation or Jury tampering, either of which would be a federal felony with heavy prison time.

On Thursday of last week, The FBI executed a search warrant and seized the server used to host the ANSWP web site as well as Bill White's personal site "overthrow.com."

The FBI wants access to all internal communications between Bill White and his membership as part of an ongoing federal Grand Jury investigation.

In the past few days, White has lashed out at people he apparently thinks are involved in this investigation, including myself, Vonbluvens and others.

While I have not played any role whatsoever in this matter, I don't mind saying it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.

My experience with Bill White has has caused me to view him as a sociopath. In my experience, White outright makes up fraudulent claims about anyone he disagrees with, publishes those false claims on his site without regard for the truth or the impact of his lies on others.

My view is that Bill White is a dishonest and psychiatrically unstable person that others would do well to avoid.
