Newark, NJ -- Federal District Judge Dickinson Debevoise has issued a temporary order preventing the North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue services from hiring any fire fighters after the NAACP filed (yet another) lawsuit over negro applicants.
The crux of the latest negro lawsuit is that North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue has a residency requirement for applicants. They must reside in Hudson County. The NAACP says that's unfair to Negroes and is demanding the residency requirement be widened to include all of Hudson, Essex and Union counties.
They Never Learn
This exact situation happened once before here in my hometown of North Bergen, NJ which is in Hudson County and when it happened it resulted in 4 people being KILLED and 15 others injured.
Back In 1996, the NAACP filed suit against 5 majority-White towns including my hometown of North Bergen. Like their most recent suit, the NAACP took issue with the residents-only hiring policy. In that 1996 lawsuit, then-federal-Judge Mary Ann Trump-Barry (Donald Trump's sister) imposed a hiring freeze.
On August 4, 1996, (Remember that date) "The North Bergen Reporter" newspaper published one of my letters to the editor in which I warned that a hiring freeze would cause depletion of manpower through retirements and injuries which COULD, ultimately, endanger people's safety. My concerns fell on deaf ears.
Over the course of the next two years, my town had to close one hook and ladder company and at least two engine companies for lack of manpower; unable to hire replacements because of the NAACP lawsuit and Judge Trump-Barry's order.
Deadly Blaze
Just two years later, my worst fears were realized when a fire broke out in a senior citizens apartment building, The Westview Towers at 6115 Granton Avenue in my hometown.
As reported by the New York Times (Here), and the Bergen Record (Here) 4 people were killed and at least 15 others injured because it took so long to get sufficient manpower from nearby towns to help extinguish that blaze.
The fire was made worse by exploding Oxygen tanks used by the senior citizens to breathe. The huge supply of pure Oxygen caused Firefighters to be exposed to ONE THOUSAND DEGREE (1,000) TEMPERATURES. So intense was the heat that some firefighters came out of the building with parts of their ears MELTED from the heat!!!
Two of the four killed were 90 years old. One fell from a fourth floor balcony while trying to reach a fire department rescue ladder. Two others succumbed to smoke inhalation on the sixth floor.
The 1996 hiring freeze imposed by then federal district Judge MaryAnn Trump-Barry, spurred by the NAACP lawsuit was, in my opinion, a major contributing factor in the deaths and injuries. Of course, thanks to sovereign immunity, Judge Trump-Barry got to go on her merry way, unscathed by the deaths resulting from her ruling. Same for the NAACP.
Not This Time
Well, I've got news for the latest federal Judge, Dickinson Debevoise and the NAACP concerning this latest hiring freeze spawned by the latest lawsuit: if your actions kill more people, don't expect to walk away unscathed this time.
I don't give a shit about sovereign immunity or the US Marshal Service that protects federal judges. I don't give a shit about laws preventing retaliation against parties to a judicial proceeding. I don't give a shit about US Attorneys bringing Indictments against me or securing court orders against me, because they won't be worth the paper they're written on.
Know now: the days of politically-correct Judges and race-hustling, poverty pimps in the NAACP causing people's deaths without consequence, are over.
The course of action taken by the Judge and the NAACP will, at some point, endanger my life, the lives of my family and the lives of tens-of-thousands of other Hudson County residents. We have an absolute right to defend ourselves -- and this time, we will.
This time, if people die, the people responsible will either be brought to justice or justice will be brought to them.

George Mason University becomes Lunatic Asylum

Drunk Driving Judge Gets SLAMMED
A New Jersey Municipal Court Judge, arrested for Drunk Driving and threatening the cops with retaliation from the Bench in November, 2007 has paid a steep price.
He lost his Judgeship, pleaded guilty to DUI, losing his driver license for about a year, paid a fine of $1,000, is barred from holding any public office ever again and, today, his Law License was suspended for at least 3 months.
It is quite unusual to hear of cases where a sitting Judge gets dealt with in the exact same fashion as the rest of us. This appears to be one such case.
I am quite pleased at how this turned out. Equal Treatment under law means exactly that. It's good to see it in action.

One Year Ago Today: "Yankee Jim"
Hurley, NY -- One year ago today, my dear friend, "Yankee Jim" snapped. His wife had been cheating on him and treated him viciously. One year ago today, he finally had enough. He killed her.
Sadly, after having done it, Jim's conscience caused him to punish himself by hanging and he too, died.
I miss Jim dearly. I wish he would have called me when it happened; I would have helped him get rid of the slut's dead body. He didn't call.
All that remains is for those of us left behind to remember. We do.
I dedicate the following video from Guns N Roses to Yankee Jim; he should have sung this after turning the slut off. "I used to love her, but I had to kill her"

Roxbury, NJ -- A former Morris County man was sentenced today to 15 years in prison for a drunken driving crash on Route 80 in Roxbury more than two years ago that killed three people and seriously injured two others. Damian D'Aleo, 27, formerly of Roxbury, pleaded guilty Jan. 2 to three counts of second-degree death-by-auto, in connection with the Sept. 29, 2006 crash.

"We're thinking of having a Chicago Tea Party in July," Santelli told CNBC "Squawk Box" co-anchor Joe Kernan. "All you capitalists who want to show up at Lake Michigan, I'm going to start organizing."
CNBC posted on its website video of Santelli's rant, which some viewers already are comparing to the well-known scene from the movie "Network" in which character Howard Beale stands up in the middle of his newscast and declares, "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!"
"I have an idea – you know, the new administration is big on computers and technology," Santelli said sarcastically. "How about this president and new administration, why don't you put up a website to have people vote on the Internet as a referendum to see if we really want to subsidize the losers' mortgages or would we like to at least buy cars and buy houses in foreclosure and give them to people that might have a chance to actually prosper down the road and reward people that could carry the water instead of drink the water."
An unidentified trader on the floor near Santelli shouted out, "Hey Rick, that's a novel idea."

If our "mighty" military can't defeat small bands of guys on horses who wear filthy towels on their heads, then there is still hope that we Patriots can impose change on the feds here at home.
I look forward to restoring our Constitution and bringing justice to those who have wrecked this nation financially, socially, culturally, religiously, politically and judicially. The last two are most deserving.

JURY: Rancher DID NOT violate illegal alien rights!!!!
TUCSON, Ariz. — A federal jury found Tuesday that a southern Arizona rancher didn't violate the civil rights of a group of illegal immigrants who said he detained them at gunpoint in 2004.
The eight-member civil jury also found Roger Barnett wasn't liable on claims of battery and false imprisonment.
What a contradiction in terms: "Civil Rights of illegal immigrants. " If this wasn't so pathetic, it would be laughable.
The Mexican American Legal Defense Fund (MALDEF) brought the case. If nothing else, the fact they could even BRING the case is irrefutable proof our country and its systems are totally fucked up.

The problem, however, is not that we are afraid to have such talks, the problem is that any WHITE person who speaks out on such issues is immediately attacked, smeared, besmirched and ostracized as a "racist." I know this from first-hand, personal experience.
One cannot talk about black crime, the black out-of-wedlock birth epidemic, the failure or refusal to do well in schools and a host of other legitimate issues without having one's life wrecked by the politically correct crowd.
So, Mr. Attorney General, we're not cowards' we're realists. We are willing to talk about racial issues but not at the expense of having our lives ruined. Solve that and we can talk.

Wauwatosa Police Dingbat arrests 14 year old girl for Text-Messaging in school
Wauwatosa, WI -- In a stunning misuse of police power, Officer Jeffrey S. Griffin of the Wauwatosa, WI Police department (Hereafter referred to as "Fucking Moron") , arrested a 14 year old high school girl over text-messaging on her cellular phone in class.
Fucking Moron charged the child with "Disorderly Conduct" because the child "disrupted class" by "having the phone out, refusing to obey the teacher and lying about having a phone."
In a normal school, in a normal town, with normal people, a kid who does something like this would get sent to the Pricipals's office, maybe get after school Detention or, in a severe case, be suspended. Obviously, Wauwatosa, WI, fom its school to its people to its police, are not normal.
I'm not quite sure how a guy like Fucking Moron gets to be a cop. His decision to arrest a child over text messaging indicates to me he lacks even the most basic judgment and is very poorly trained in law enforcement. I'm going to probe into his background a bit to get the down-and-dirty on this guy. When I do, rest assured I'll publish it. I'm also not quite sure how the Dingbat teacher who called the cop in the first place, ever got trusted with educating children. It seems to me the teacher lacks judgment and is emotionally and professionally inadequate to deal with teenagers.

Why I am NOT arrested
Quite a number of people are really curious as to how I "get away with" writing what I write on this blog without getting arrested. It's simple: three U.S. Supreme Court Cases.
Below is a link to the precis of each case. They are each a very quick read. Quite simply, speech is protected by the First Amendment as long as it is uttered "in a context that does not lend itself to imminent lawlessness."
Publishing on a blog NEVER lends itself to "imminent lawlessness" hence, I have never been arrested for anything I publish. It's that simple.
"Brandenburg v. Ohio" 395 U.S. 444, 447 (1969) which ruled that advocating crime is legal as long as the remarks are uttered in a context which does not lend itself to imminent lawlessness.
Virginia v. Black" 538 U.S 343, 359 (2003) which held that doing things like Burning Crosses cannot be considered Prima Fascia evidence of an intent to intimidate and thus are not prosecutable "True Threats." AND;
" Watts v. United States" 394 U.S.705 (1969) Id. at 708 which specifically allows and protects talk of killing ELECTED officials (specifically the President of the United States) when there is little likelihood the speech will be acted upon. Just when I think I'm out. . . . . they drag me back in!
The Liberals are REALLY out for my blood. Apparently my talk about the pending second American Revolution and getting rid of the people who wrecked the country has them up in arms.
One of these imbeciles is so fixated on me for the last week or so that he insists I must be arrested by Homeland Security or the FBI or . . . . or. . . . . or. . . . . .SOMEBODY!!!!!! It seems to frustrate his child-like-intellect to no end that the agencies he mentions cannot arrest me because I haven't broken the law.
He then points to several of his wacko compatriots who have ended up in handcuffs for, what he says are far less transgressions than anything I've done, and wonders aloud why I am not in jail. The reason his fellow lefties got arrested and jailed in the first place is because unlike me, they are stupid.
Ya see, "the law" will do to a person, whatever they can get away with. It's the arrogance of power that causes such things.
But when it comes to a guy like me, three (3) key things prevent my arrest:
1) I know the law, having spent a fortune on legal research to make certain I never got jammed up, AND;
2) The cops know that I don't make bombs, I make bombers. As such, law enforcement has a well-founded concern that if they tried to jam me up for something I SAID, they would probably unleash a whole slew of Timothy McVeigh types, most of whom read this blog, tuned in to my radio show for the eight years it aired and are willing to blow up buildings to retaliate for me, AND;
3) They remember the "Clean Harry" situation in central New Jersey a couple years ago. Clean Harry posted a comment on my blog that caused the Secret Service to investigate him. They came and left. . . . . but returned to Clean Harry's house with a Search Warrant a few days later.
Clean Harry called me and within an hour, me and five or six carloads of guys with guns headed down toward Clean Harry's house. The feds found out we were on the way and the Secret Service tucked tail and left!
While Liberals protest, beat drums, carry signs and maybe once in awhile riot, MY kind of supporter rushes tumultuously to arms and heads out for a gun fight.
Anyway, I've never been one to run from a fight and with these child-like ninnies pushing for my arrest, I simply cannot walk away. I have to step-up ------ and I am.
There is a little problem though. Now that a particular dingbat from Hudson, MA has annoyed me sufficiently, I have to annoy him back. So I'll be reaching out to some of my Nazi Skinheads, Aryan Nations and Ku Klux Klan friends and put together a . . . . . . field trip . . . . to Massachusetts. This ought to be fun.
We'll take pics to circulate after its "done." In the meantime, this blog remains.
Oh, and the home addresses I promised to publish of the 246 members of the US House who betrayed America, will be published via a file sharing site and public newsgroups later this week.

About "The Kingdom" - movie on Terrorists in Saudi Arabia
My family and I watched "The Kingdom" on TiVO tonight. Action-packed, kept my attention, good story line, lots of interesting sub-plots . . . . .THEN . . . . . . the Jew manipulation became instantly clear and this is something I want to point out to every Christian and every Muslim.
The long and short of the movie is how Islamic "terrorists" in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are (blah blah blah) the most militant and presumably the most dangerous and how poor innocent Americans are being victimized by these allegedly blood-thirsty villains.
The movie follows an FBI team sent to the Kingdom to investigate a vicious attack upon American civilians and how the FBI runs smack into politics, religion, cultural differences, complex religious affiliations and how their efforts to investigate and arrest the terrorists are stymied at almost every turn.
In the initial scenes an American enclave is brutally attacked and 100 Americans including several FBI agents stationed there are killed. The wife/ girlfriend of one of the dead agents is at FBI HQ in Washington and gets the news during a briefing. She breaks down and cries but the lead agent goes over and whispers something in her ear. Upon hearing what was said, the wife/girlfriend stops crying almost instantly. Remember this tidbit for later.
One of the major story lines is about a guy named Abu Hamza or something like that, who masterminds and coordinates these vicious attacks and how the guy is like a ghost; always around to see his plans carried out, but never caught.
Toward the end of the movie, the FBI investigative motorcade is attacked, an agent is kidnapped, a massive firefight erupts and the agents along with a dedicated Saudi policeman engage in a high speed pursuit of the kidnappers and their FBI-Agent-Hostage.
The high speed chase leads right into the lions den; an entire neighborhood filled with people who hate America, hate the West, are armed to the teeth and engage the FBI / Saudi cop in a spectacular firefight. The chase and the firefight go on foot into an apartment complex.
Long story short, the FBI agents and Saudi cop rescue the kidnapped agent seconds before his head is curt off in front of a video camera and, while calming a family inside the apartment complex, they come upon an old man who is sitting on his hand.
The Saudi cop remembers something an informant told him "All bomb makers suffer from the mistakes of their trade" meaning they lose fingers and such. The Saudi cop looks into the old man's eyes wonders to himself why the guy is sitting on his hand and offers to help him get up off the couch. The Saudi cop extends his hand, the old man takes out his own a stump of a hand and upon seeing that, the Saudi cop realizes he's in the presence of Abu Hamza, the terrorist/bomber mastermind.
With that, a young Muslim comes out shooting and the Saudi cop is shot in the neck, unable to speak. After yet another firefight, the old man and his few remaining supporters are shot. As the old man is dying he is whispering something to his very young (maybe 11 years old) grandson.
In the closing scenes, one FBI Agent asks the lead agent what he whispered to the dead agents wife/girlfriend to make her stop crying and the lead Agent replies "Don't worry, we'll kill them all." The scene then switches back to Saudi Arabia and the mother of the Grandson asks him "What did you grandfather (Abu Hamza) say to you before he died?" and the kid replies "Fear not my child, we will kill them all."
THAT was the massive jew maniuplation.
Every Christian walking out of a movie theater would be left with that fear; that every Muslim plans on killing all of us and every Muslim would walk out of theaters believing every Christian plans to do the same to every Muslim.
Here's where the Jew is so masterfully dangerous.
Ask yourself, "WHO DO THE JEWS VIEW AS THEIR WORST ENEMIES?"
Christians. (Jews absolutely hate Jesus Christ, their Talmud to this day teaches that he is in Hell, boiling in hot semen.) and; Muslims. (Jews know they are willing to fight to the death to defend Islam.)
The Jews know they cannot defeat Christians or Muslims so. . . . . . .
they HAVE to get Christians and Muslims to attack each other and kill each other.
THAT is the goal of the Jew. THAT is the goal of their Hollywood propaganda movies like "The Kingdom" and THAT is the goal of the news media -- owned staffed and managed by Jews as they go about their daily lives.
Only one thing can get in the way: If Christians and Muslims wake up and realize that both sides are being played; both sides are being manipulated AND, both sides have the same enemy!
I just thought it worthy to point this out.

Ahhhh, country life; Our German Shepherd killed a raccoon this morning
There's nothing like an early morning stroll on my mom's country property in rural Pennsylvania to get the blood pumping and wake up without coffee. The air is crisp and clean, The nearby creek is babbling softly.
I took one of mom's German Shepherd's, named Guinness, out for a walk with me. He's quite territorial and very protective. He doesn't need a leash because he listens very well.
So we take a stroll around the upper level of mom's house, then head down to the lower acreage near the creek. There's an old work shed on that level where my step-dad used to putty around. The shed is abandoned and empty but, as I found out this morning, not unoccupied.
As I walked along the lower level, Guinness was about 30 yards ahead of me when he arrived at the right corner of the work shed.
In the blink of an eye, he lunged at something underneath the corner of the shed and attacked whatever it was. WHOA! No bark, no growl, just POUNCE!
Within seconds, he yanked a sizable raccoon out from under the shed. He had it in his mouth, the thing extending maybe a foot out of each side of his jaws and shook it violently.
The dog clamped down on the Raccoon so tightly, the animal was just about flattened where he was being bitten.
It happened so fast I absolutely couldn't believe it. I was stunned. My heart was pounding in my chest as I watched this kill take place.
At this point, I knew not to interfere because if the raccoon wasn't dead yet and if I yelled or otherwise distracted Guinness, the dying raccoon could hurt or kill the dog. So I watched.
Guinness dropped his prey on the ground and nudged it with his snout. Apparently, the coon was still moving so Guinness clamped down on it again and shook it even more violently.
Dropping the coon again, Guinness next pawed at it aggressively, flipping it over and over. The raccoon was quite dead. So I call Guinness. Big mistake.
He grabs the dead raccoon and starts bringing it to me! Just fucking great. What the hell am I gonna do with it?
He drops the raccoon at my feet, jumps up on me, panting like a happy puppy as if to say, "look what I did dad!" I tell him c'mon boy, back to your pen. He headed back quite content at what just happened while I'm still trying to breathe as the adrenalin is coursing through my body.
What I just can't get over is the absolute FEROCIOUSNESS of the whole thing. This is a dog I play with and think nothing of it. Yet within a fraction of a second, he became so unbelievably ferocious that he was able -- and quite willing -- to kill.
Maybe I'll have a cup of coffee now . . . . . . to calm down. Then I'll go clean up the dead coon.

After we kill them; what to do?
After the pending Second American Revolution results in killing the people who have wrecked this country -- yes, you KNOW who I'm talking about -- what are we going to do as a nation to move forward?
There are lots of very very serious things to consider. What to do with the people who are presently living solely on social security? What to do with people who depend solely on medicare? What about the infirm, the retarded, the disabled?
What to do about the debts incurred by the people we got rid of? Repudiate them? That causes wars.
As you might imagine, these are serious issues not to be left to haphazard guesswork after the fact.
I want to form serious working groups; think tanks, to seriously consider these matters.
Getting rid of the scumbags who wrecked the country is the easy part. We can take them out in under an hour. The REAL hard part is what to do once we've gotten rid of them?
This is going to require considerable analysis and forethought. The solutions they came up with over the past 50 years have literally bankrupted the nation. We can't go back down that road so what do we do in the immediate aftermath and then what do we do for the long term?
Your serious thoughts are urgently needed. I suspect the killing will have to begin very soon; likely within a couple months.
For those of you totally perplexed by who it is that has to go and why, read this article from WorldNetDaily that demonstrates the obligations of the feds now exceed the GDP of the entire WORLD!
Any of you foolish enough to think this can be resolved in any manner other than bloodshed are delusional.
