The United States Supreme Court has DENIED a request that they hear a case challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to President of the United States.
The case, Donofrio v. Wells, NJ Secretary of State lets stand a lower court ruling which said American citizens do not have legal standing to enforce the Constitution.
It's official, ladies and gentlemen, our Constitution is no longer ours. We cannot enforce it upon our own government; or at least that's what THEY think. They are sadly mistaken.
